pensworm is an AI-powered platform that helps users create and manage social media content on X (formerly Twitter). The Service learns your writing style, generates posts, crafts replies, and assists with engagement — all in your voice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates X's Terms of Service
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide to train your AI profile (writing samples, ideas, preferences). Content generated by the Service on your behalf is owned by you. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by pensworm is created by artificial intelligence based on your inputs and preferences. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with X (Twitter) via their API. Your use of X through our Service is also subject to X's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any actions taken by X regarding your account.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability
